Thank you for shopping with KP Designs & Apparel! We’re a small business and truly appreciate every order. Please review our shipping policy below.

Free Shipping 

Orders over $50 receive free shipping. USPS Ground Advantage only.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped the same or next business day. During high-volume sales, holidays, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer, but you will always be notified.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier’s delivery schedule. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Varies by carrier and location

Please note that shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or holidays are outside of our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an address mistake, please contact us as soon as possible before your order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your order is taking longer than expected, we're more than happy to help locate your package, if possible. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos of the item and/or packaging so we can assist you.
