Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives defective or damaged.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 10Β days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging if applicable

Once reviewed and approved, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund for the defective item.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not issue refunds or accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Minor variations in color or placement due to the handmade/custom nature of products
  • Items damaged after use or improper application
